“Paws For Thought” Offers   New Resource for Pet Parents

Terri Ellen, owner of Nature’s Pet Market Salem, Salem Bed & Biscuit and Sunny Paws Grooming is volunteering to host a weekly radio talk show. She is now hosting a new show call PAWS FOR THOUGHT RADIO SHOW every Thursday on KMUZ 88.5 FM from 12:30 PM to 1 PM. The talk show can be heard at 88.5 FM, streaming online at KMUZ.org or through the free app  TUNEIN Radio on your iPhone or any smartphone.
The purpose of the show is to educate and entertain families for their pets, specifically dogs and cats, to help save lives and make living easier. Terri wants to help pet parents to make informed decisions for their pets.
Terri will discuss pet health related topics, invite professionals and experts in for interviews and inform residents about pet related events in and around the salem area. Some recent topics were the benefits of Coconut Oil, yeast infections and how to cure them, feral cats and the new programs to reduce the cat population, and training dogs. She plans on interviewing an expert on insects such as fleas, a pet psychic, a vet and a pet photographer in the near future and discussing relevant and seasonal topics such as flea prevention and eradication, cat care, how to read pet food ingredient labels, what is healthy pet food and TTouch (pet massage).
Terri’s show will benefit those with pets throughout the whole Salem community, not just those who shop at Nature’s Pet Market.  She strongly believes “Healthy Pets, Happy People and it’s a passion”
